#3 - "Preservation"
There is an important tenet that I learned throughout my early twenties.
The value we store within ourselves effects how we care for ourselves.
What this means is that if you decide not to augment your mind by means of education (reading, going to school, writing), then you are more apt to self-destruct.
I know that when I fill my mind with data, knowledge and truth... I am less willing to decay my body with drugs and alcohol. There's more value added to the property. The market recognizes my value by giving me a job to pay for my bills.
If I am of no value to my village, the village will know this. If I do not seek and attain knowledge, my reputation will decay (I have nothing to offer). I couldn't solve anyone's problems.
I am of no worth... without knowledge.
Seek education.
Fill your mind.
Become valuable.
Then...
Decide whether it's worth it to continue destroying your brain tissue with drugs and alcohol (or any toxic substances).
Decide whether it's worth it to continue enduring meaningless one-night stands.
Decide whether it's worth it to self-destruct.
Choose preservation.

#4 - Feedback Loops
Social media has inundated us with an overwhelming amount of information, presenting us with an infinite pool of wisdom. Everywhere we turn, we encounter motivational videos, posts, and countless accounts trying to inspire us.
There's never a treat without a trick.
There comes a time when you must stop losing yourself to the infinite Feedback Loop of "hustle-porn".
How many Elon Musk quotes do you need to get up off your a**? Andrew Tate has literally created an industry from it.
The goal should be to consolidate a certain number of epithets that you've gathered (whether online or from books) and seal the bag.
It's comparable to seeing a doubled layer of subtitles during a movie. You only need one layer of motivation. Otherwise, it becomes difficult to read (remember).
Stop letting your attention be manipulated by the incessant stream of motivation and advice. You only need a handful of values to live by. If we become consumed with hoarding knowledge to the point where we have a million different methods to solve the same problem, we will eventually realize that we've spent our entire lives trapped in the Feedback Loop.
You never really accomplished anything because all you did was keep scrolling through Instagram hoping this next post will be the one that motivates you to change.
"That's it... that's all I needed to hear right there. I'm finally going after it. My life's going to be different from here on out".
Before technology and social media dominated our lives, there were other mediums of knowledge, such as books and encyclopedias. People would engage in face-to-face conversations to learn from one another. "The Method of Delivery" used to be far more impactful than we currently appreciate.
We will begin discussing The Method of Delivery soon hereafter but remember that no matter how many fantasies you have been taught in the church, you most likely only have ONE LIFE.
Don't waste it chasing your own tail.
Escape the Feedback Loop.
Nike has one of the greatest slogans of all time.
It's quick and easy to remember.
It'll get you through any adversity you experience in this lifetime.
"Just Do it"
#7 - Two Worlds. One Galaxy.
Have you ever seen those cute videos of cats playing with dogs (vice-versa)?
It's clear there must have been early exposure for them to have such an incredible bond considering how different they are from each-other (like polar opposites).
Of course, the vast majority are hostile against one another considering the canines prey-driven instincts.
Can you draw a parallel to the concept of divide among human beings?
Just like dogs and cats, individuals from different backgrounds, with varying levels of education, or distinct societal statuses may find it challenging to relate to one another due to their differences. The analogy of dogs and cats growing up in separate worlds and potentially becoming hostile towards each other due to their contrasting appearances and behaviors can shed light on how humans sometimes struggle to connect with those who are unlike them.
In the context of the intelligence divide, individuals who come from diverse environments or possess varying levels of education may find it challenging to bridge the gap between their worlds. Just as dogs and cats may not understand each other’s behaviors if they have not been exposed to one another from an early age, humans too may struggle to comprehend those who come from different educational backgrounds or social strata. This lack of understanding can lead to misconceptions, prejudices, and even hostility towards individuals who appear or act differently.
To overcome the intelligence divide, it is crucial for individuals to engage in open-minded conversations, seek to understand perspectives different from their own, and cultivate empathy towards those who may not share the same experiences.
Just as dogs and cats can learn to coexist peacefully through gradual exposure and interaction, humans can also bridge the gap by fostering communication, empathy, and a willingness to learn from one another.

#19 - Everything, all at once.
I'm not going to lie, that title is totally a rip-off from that new badass euphoric karate movie about that old lady experiencing her life in different timelines (["Everything, Everywhere, All at Once(2022)"].
But....
There is a powerful gem waiting for you in this post.
I present to you the idea....
of feeling Everything, all at once.
It always pisses me the f**k off when people say they are depressed, happy, stressed or pissed off!
I'm not denying my own association with these types of feelings throughout my life. But I couldn't help but ignore the fact that in almost any situation, I am feeling all of these emotions in a mosaic, disillusioned by the rotating gears of time and presence. Time never stops ticking. I could feel pain, happiness, humor, depression and joy... all within a single minute if I really dissected it. Every line of dialogue in my mind that generates after experiencing something can tear me down and make me crack the f*** up within a few seconds. This is the beauty of consciousness.
Yes.... anger can be a pretty terrible thing to shake off sometimes. Studies have shown that it literally talks about 90 seconds for the passionate emotion of anger to subside.
But, you can't ignore the fact that there is an amalgamation of everything a human feels, in almost any second of the day. Putting single labels on them is, in a way, deceptive to our psyche.
Why?
Because if we marry ourselves to a specific emotion during any experience, we may as well submit to the idea that we are programmed by some being other than ourself. We may as well live in a 2D world. The 3D world probably thinks I'm f*****g insane for this insight so you may as well live in a 3D world.
If you are able to experience the past, present and future all at the same time in the fourth dimension (as proposed by modern _____), then this idea is a direct replica of that tenet.
Next time you get pissed the f**k off after realizing the woman you humiliate yourself for couldn't care if you lived or died... realize that you are an amoeba... flowing effortlessly through the channels of love, joy, hatred, chaos, laughter, sadness, excitement, disappointment and jealousy....
...... all at once.
It doesn't matter what the f***k you feel about anything.
You are alive and you don't really have a choice.
Yes... you could be a stubborn bastard and commit suicide but that would ruin the epic point I'm trying to make to you in this f*****g post!
F**k!
Point is.... life's worth living motherf***er.
I may hate this f*****g karen for being rude to me on the phone, but al I have to do is think about a great memory in my life and that emotion almost immediately evaporates....
How I feel... is completely up to me.
What I think and how I react... is completely under my control.
As every millisecond that passes, I am the driver and I feel everything....
all at once.
If you feel like you need to tell me otherwise....
then you an go f**k yourself.
